Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER:

BUYER: the natural or legal person who purchases a credit package or subscription on mutercem.com and declares their details at registration and at the time of the order. The Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the preliminary information form before ordering.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the credit package or subscription (the "Product") purchased for use on the Mütercem platform and its allocation to the account. The parties are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

The product name, credit amount, validity period and total price including taxes are shown in the order summary. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution iyzico; card details are not passed to the Seller. The invoice is issued electronically with the details declared by the Buyer.

4. Delivery

The Product is digital; there is no physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed the credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately and can be used from the dashboard. If allocation is delayed for technical reasons the Buyer may notify us through the support channel.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The Buyer acknowledges before ordering that credits are added to the account instantly upon payment and that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. Refund requests for completely unused credit packages are assessed under the Delivery and Return Terms.

6. Obligations of the parties

• The Seller allocates the purchased credits to the account and provides the Platform in line with the Terms of Use.
• The Buyer provides accurate order details, makes the payment and uses the Platform in line with the Terms of Use.
• If the payment is reversed by the bank or payment institution, the related credits are deducted from the account.

7. Disputes

Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, consumer arbitration committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are competent; above those limits, consumer courts.

8. Entry into force

This agreement is concluded and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically. The text is also sent to the Buyer's e-mail address at the time of the order. Contact:
